Description

I divide my career into two phases: Employed (by IBM); Volunteering as a (mainly retired) engineer. There is no particular break between the two, just a gradual increase in the volunteering until I 'retired' in 2008. After that, volunteering to help my community and to encourage young people to be engineers took over.
